Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transurethral resection of bladder mucosa and bladder neck resection in the treatment of glandular cystitis. Methods The control group received simple resection of bladder neck, and the study group received transurethral resection of bladder mucosa combined with resection of bladder neck. The surgical effect and subjective feeling from patients of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effciency of study group was 91.11%(41 cases), while the total clinical effciency of control group was only 73.33%(33 cases), suggesting transurethral resection of bladder mucosa combined with resection of bladder neck can play a more positive role in the treatment of glandular cystitis, compared to the results of the group which only receive resection of bladder neck P<0.05. Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder mucosa combined with transurethral resection of bladder neck can significantly improve clinical outcomes in patients with glandular cystitis, and improve satisfaction from patient’s family and subjective feeling level.%目的：探讨腺性膀胱炎经尿道膀胱黏膜电切术、膀胱颈电切术治疗效果。方法对照组给予单纯膀胱颈电切术治疗，研究组给予经尿道膀胱黏膜电切术联合膀胱颈电切术治疗，记录两组腺性膀胱炎患者手术治疗效果。结果研究组临床总有效率为91.11%（41例），对照组临床总有效率为73.33%（33例），研究组临床疗效优于对照组，对比结果P＜0.05。结论经尿道膀胱黏膜电切术联合膀胱颈电切术可提高腺性膀胱炎患者临床疗效，有利于保障其生活质量。
