目的：分析腰椎间盘突出症实施椎间孔镜治疗方案与小切口手术方案的治疗效果。方法收集确诊为腰椎间盘突出症的患者78例，研究组实施椎间孔镜手术治疗，对照组实施小切口手术治疗。结果研究组治疗有效率97.44%，明显高于对照组的74.36%（P ＜0.05）。结论对腰椎间盘突出患者实施椎间孔镜治疗能够明显提高治疗效果，降低手术和愈合的时间。%Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of lumbar disc herniation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and smal incision surgery. Methods 78 patients with lumbar disc herniation were col ected. The study group was treated with the operation of the intervertebral foramen and the control group was treated with smal incision operation. Results The effective rate of the patients in the study group was 97.44% higher than that of the control group 74.36%. Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the treatment effect, and reduce the time of operation and healing.
