Objective To analyze the effect of Qinggan Xiefei Zhixue recipe for liver fire attacking lung bronchiectasis. Methods 68 patients with liver fire attacking lung bronchiectasis from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were divided into the study group and the reference group. The study group was given Qinggan Xiefei Zhixue Recipe, and the control group was treated with symptomatic treatment. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The total efficiency of study group and the reference group were 94.12%, 76.47%, the average bleeding time was (3.52±1.26) d, (5.23±1.22) d, and there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Qinggan Xiefei Zhixue recipe for liver fire attacking lung bronchiectasis shows good clinical efficacy.%目的：对清肝泻肺止血方应用于肝火犯肺型支气管扩张的临床效果进行分析和总结。方法随机选择2014年1月～2016年1月在我院进行治疗的肝火犯肺型支气管扩张患者68例，并将其分成研究组和参照组。前者给予清肝泻肺止血方治疗，后者给予对症止血治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组与参照组的总有效率分别为94.12%、76.47%，平均止血时间分别为（3.52±1.26）d、（5.23±1.22）d，两组对比存在统计学差异（P ＜0.05）。结论采用清肝泻肺止血方治疗肝火犯肺型支气管扩张疗效确切。
