Objective To study the effect of different analgesic drugs combined with remifentanil in painless induced abortion. Methods 78 cases of artificial abortion operation were selected in our hospital from April 2015 to February 2016, According to the principle, they were randomly grouped. They were divided into group A (propofol+remifentanil) and group B (re mifentanil+propofol+misoprostol). The analgesic effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The analgesic effect of group B was better than that of group A, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Remifentanil+propofol+misoprostol combined compared with propofol+remifentanil analgesic effect is better, It has practical value in artificial abortion.%目的研究不同镇痛药物联合瑞芬太尼在无痛人工流产术中的疗效。方法抽选本院2015年4月～2016年2月收治的78例人工流产手术者，按照随机分组原理，将其分成 A 组（丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼）与 B 组（瑞芬太尼+丙泊酚+米索前列醇）。观察比较两组镇痛效果。结果 B 组较 A 组镇痛效果更好，有显著差异（P ＜0.05）。结论瑞芬太尼+丙泊酚+米索前列醇联用较丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼镇痛效果更加优异，在人工流产术中有实用价值。
