Objective To study the effect of salad oxazine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 80 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were divided randomly into control group (40 cases) and the experimental group (40 cases), and two groups of patients were given flunarizine hydrochloride and salad oxazine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride treatment. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome, the salad oxazine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride therapy has significant clinical efficacy, clinical popularization value.%目的探讨美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法通过随机方式将80例肠易激综合征患者分成对照组（40例）和实验组（40例），两组患者分别给予盐酸氟桂嗪和美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗。结果实验组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者（P ＜0.05）。结论美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗肠易激综合征患者具有较好的临床疗效。
