Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of the comprehensive nursing intervention in acute heart failure care. Methods 218 cases of acute heart failure were randomly selected hospital from March 1, 2015 to January 31, 2016 in our hospital, all the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=109), and the control group received usual care, the observation group was given integrated nursing intervention, apply effects of two groups were observed. Results In the control group of patients overall care satisfaction was 73.39%(80/109), the observation group of nursing total satisfaction was 95.41%(104/109), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute heart failure has a positive prognostic effects, have a major impact on the doctor-patient harmonious.%目的：对综合护理干预在急性心力衰竭护理中的应用效果进行观察和分析。方法选取我院2015年3月1日～2016年1月31日收治的218例急性心力衰竭患者，随机分为对照组和观察组（n=109），对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以综合护理干预，观察两组应用效果。结果对照组患者对护理的总满意度为73.39%（80/109），观察组患者对护理总满意度为95.41%（104/109），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预对急性心力衰竭患者的预后具有积极的作用，对医患和谐有重要影响。
