Objective To study the clinical treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods 45 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure in our hospital were selected and analyzed from January 2008 to January 2010, the clinical treatment and effect of these patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the patients received active treatment, a total of 19 cases were markedly effective, 24 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.6%. Conclusion Acute respiratory infections in provoke an attack of pulmonary heart disease complicated by heart failure, patients because of respiratory infection symptoms of heart failure, the earliest discovered, aggressive treatment can get the better effect, the mortality of patients with to get control, improve the patient's quality of life, and promote the prognosis of ascension.%目的：研究分析肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭临床治疗方式及效果。方法根据2008年1月～2010年1月我院的45例肺源性心脏病合并心衰患者来进行研究分析，对这些患者临床治疗情况和效果进行回顾分析。结果全部患者接受了积极的治疗后，共有19例显效、24例有效、2例无效，总有效率是95.6%。结论呼吸道感染急性发作引发肺心病合并心衰，患者因为肺部感染出现了心衰症状，越早发现，进行积极的治疗就能够获得越好的效果，患者的死亡率能够得到控制，改善患者的生活质量，促进预后效果的提升。
