Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of high speed turbine in the extraction of mandibular impacted teeth. Methods 182 cases with mandibular impacted teeth were randomly divided into control group(n=91)and observation group (n=91), the control group received extraction method of auxiliary chisel, the observation group were extracted by high speed turbine bodkin. Results Operation time and complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High speed turbine in the extraction of mandibular impacted teeth can decrease operating time and complication, it worthy popularized.%目的：探讨高速涡轮钻拔除下颌阻生齿的临床疗效。方法选择我院182例下颌阻生齿患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各91例。对照组给予骨凿辅助的拔牙方法，观察组给予高速涡轮钻拔牙。结果观察组手术时间、术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论高速涡轮钻拔除下颌阻生齿手术时间短，术后并发症少，值得推广。
