Objective To investigate the effect of etomidate anesthesia for patients with esophageal varices. Methods 90 cases with esophageal varices were selected from June 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital and were researched and analyzed, these patients were divided into three groups, 30 patients in each group, group Ⅰ was treated with fentanyl and propofol anesthesia, group Ⅱ was given fentanyl and etomidate anesthesia, groupⅢ was given the mixture of fentanyl and propofol etomidate combined anesthesia. The blood pressure, patients before and after drug injection nausea, vomiting, patient satisfaction of three groups were monitored. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure changes of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ before and after drug injection (P>0.05); group I patients received drug injections, blood pressure decreased from 15% to 30%, blood pressure before and after the injection had significant difference (P<0.05). Group Ⅲ patients were 100% no response at the time of examination, patient satisfaction was 100%. Conclusion Fentanyl, propofol, etomidate combined anesthesia of patients with esophageal varices accept gastroscopy treatment effect is quite good, can promote the use.%目的:探讨食管静脉曲张患者接受依托咪酯麻醉的效果。
