目的：观察尿激酶溶栓治疗脑血栓的临床效果。方法选择2014年3月～2016年2月我院收治的脑血栓患者136例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组68例，对照组采用低分子肝素治疗，观察组采用尿激酶溶栓治疗，比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组的临床有效率分别为91.18%、80.88%，两组之间比较具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组的神经功能缺损评分均显著好转，且观察组好转较对照组更加显著（P ＜0.05）。结论尿激酶溶栓治疗脑血栓可以取得比较显著的临床效果，患者的神经功能得到尽快的改善。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of urokinase thrombolytic therapy on cerebral thrombosis. Methods Selected 136 cases with cerebral thrombosis from March 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 68 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin,and the observation group was treated with urokinase thrombolytic therapy. Clinical therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results Clinical efficiency in the observation group and the control group were 91.18% and 80.88%, which showed significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the neural function defect score of the two groups were significantly improved, and the observation group improved more than the control group significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Urokinase thrombolytic treatment of cerebral thrombosis can achieve more significant clinical efficacy, the patient's neurological function was improved as soon as possible.
