Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Tiotropium Bromide Powder For Inhalation in treatment of obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods From February 2014 to January 2016, 103 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in our hospital were divided into control group (49 patients) and experience group (54 patients) randomly; and then make a comparative analysis between Ipratropium Bromide aerosol inhalation treatment effect with Tiotropium Bromide inhalation powder treatment effect between two groups. Results Patients’explicit efficacy in experience group was higher than that in control group (61.11% vs. 38.78%), and treatment efficiency inexperience group was also higher than that in control group (90.74% vs. 73.47%); there was a differential between two groups, which showed significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Tiotropium Bromide inhalation powder is quite effective in treatment of obstructive pulmonary disease.%目的：对慢阻肺患者应用噻托嗅铵粉雾剂治疗的临床疗效进行观察研究。方法选取于2014年2月～2016年1月在我院接受治疗的慢阻肺患者103例，并随机分为参照组（49例）和实验组（54例），对分别应用异丙托溴铵气雾吸入剂和噻托嗅铵粉雾剂的治疗效果进行对照研究。结果实验组患者的显效率明显高于参照组（61.11% vs.38.78%），治疗总有效率明显高于参照组（90.74% vs.73.47%），组间差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论慢阻肺患者应用噻托嗅铵粉雾剂治疗具有较好的临床疗效。
