目的：分析艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗后生存状况。方法选择2005年1月～2012 年1月因艾滋病于我院就诊的131例患者，对患者抗病毒治疗后生存状况作出分析。结果患者经抗病毒治疗后，CD4淋巴细胞计数与治疗前比较有所提高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。抗病毒治疗后第12个月、24个月、36个月和48个月生存率分别96.18%、93.89%、91.60%、89.31%。结论艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗后生存状况相对比较好，个体 CD4淋巴细胞计数提高，临床需坚持早发现与早治疗原则，提高生存率。%Objective To analyze AIDS patients’ survival condition after antiviral treatment. Methods Make an analysis on AIDS patients’ survival condition after antiviral treatment from those patients who were treated in hospital from January 2005 to January 2012. Results Patients’ CD4 lymphocyte count after antiviral treatment was much better than that before treatment and such a differential had statistically significance (P<0.05);Besides, patients’ survival incidence after antiviral treatment of 12 months, 24 months, 36 months and 48 months were 96.18%, 93.89%, 91.60%and 89.31%. Conclusion For AIDS patients, their survival condition is quite well and their CD4 lymphocyte count is much better after antiviral treatment. It is suggested to stick to principles of early detection and early treatment in order to increase patients’ survival rate.
