目的：探讨前列腺增生（BPH）经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）的围手术期护理措施。方法选取我院收治的56例良性前列腺增生患者，均采用经尿道前列腺电切术进行治疗，对其围手术期的护理进行回顾性分析总结。结果56例前列腺增生患者手术均获得成功，手术平均时间为（47.64±10.94）min。围手术期护理后的生活质量评分（86.24±7.29）分显著高于护理前（52.16±6.72）分，护理前后生活质量评分比较差异有统计学意义（t=10.7621，P ＜0.01）。结论经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果显著，配合良好的围手术期护理，可以促进患者迅速恢复健康，降低了不良反应的发生率，提高了患者的生活质量。%Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing care of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) by transurethral resection of prostate (TURP). Methods 56 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by transurethral resection of prostate in our hospital, and the perioperative nursing were analyzed and summarized. Results 56 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were successful, the average operation time was (47.64±10.94) min. The quality of life score (86.24±7.29) in perioperative nursing care was significantly higher than that before nursing (52.16±6.72), and there was significant difference between the scores of quality of life (t=10.7621, P<0.01) before and after nursing. Conclusion Transurethral cutting operation for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is significant effect, with good peri operative nursing can promote the patient a speedy recovery, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the quality of life of patients.
