目的：探讨分析经尿道前列腺逆行剜除术治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的前列腺增生症患者98例并进行电切镜经尿道前列腺逆行剜除手术。结果98例患者的手术均成功完成，国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）由术前平均分（26.5±2.3）分下降为术后（5.7±1.2）分，相比手术之前都得到了极大的好转，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。手术进行时包膜均未出现穿孔现象，都没有进行输血。结论经尿道前列腺逆行剜除术治疗前列腺增生症疗效显著，操作简单，安全可靠，不会引起其他并发症。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral retrograde analysis of prostate enucleation for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 98 cases of patients with hyperplasia of prostate and transurethral prostate enucleation surgery retrograde in our hospital were selected. Results 98 patients were operated successfully, International Prostate Symptom sorce (IPSS) by preoperative was (26.5±2.3), after operation, the score was (5.7±1.2), compared with before the operation had been greatly improved (P<0.05). No perforation occurred during the operation, and no blood transfusion was performed. Conclusion The prostate urethral retrograde enucleation surgery in the treatment of prostate hyperplasia has significant effect, simple operation, safe and reliable, will not cause other complications.
