离子色谱法同时测定生活饮用水中3种含氧卤酸盐和6种卤乙酸

         

摘要

Objective Determination 3 kinds of oxygen halide and 6 kinds of halogen acid in drinking water by Ion chromatography method for simultaneous.Methods Using ion chromatography with Ion Pac AS19 column, eluent generator to generate automatically the 8 to 42 mmol/L KOH as eluent eluting, suppressed conductivity detector, water through precipitation after decoloration, ifltration sample analysis. The inlfuencing factors such as chromatographic conditions, interfering ions and sample size were studied and optimized.Results It is a good correlation method, r>0.999 1, had wide linear range, tested detection limit of 1.12 to 4.26 μg/L, the recoveries were 92.6% to 102.3%, RSD precision was 2.03% to 2.42%. ConclusionThe method has high sensitivity, accurate result and simple operation, and is suitable for simultaneous detection and analysis of 3 kinds of oxygen halide and 6 kinds of HAAs in drinking water.%目的:建立同时测定生活饮用水中3种含氧卤酸盐和6种卤乙酸的离子色谱方法。方法采用离子色谱法,选用IonPac AS19分离柱,以自动淋洗液发生器生成的8~42 mmol/L KOH为淋洗液洗脱,抑制电导检测器检测,水样经沉淀脱色后,过滤进样分析。对色谱条件、干扰离子和进样量等影响因素进行了研究和优化。结果方法的相关性好r>0.9991,线性范围宽,检出限为1.12~4.26μg/L,样品加标回收率为92.6%~102.3%,精密度RSD为2.03%~2.42%。结论该方法灵敏度高,结果准确、操作简便,适合生活饮用水中3种含氧卤酸盐和6种卤乙酸的同时检测分析。
