目的：对治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者采用益气化瘀汤的临床疗效进行观察。方法将2012年4月～2013年4月在我院接受治疗的63例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组（32例）和对照组（31例），分别给予常规治疗和益气化瘀汤治疗。结果治疗组患者的治疗有效率96.9%，明显高于对照组的67.7%（P＜0.05）；治疗组患者的FBG、P2hBG以及UAER等指标改善情况明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者采用益气化瘀汤，能显著提高治疗有效率，改善患者的FBG、P2hBG以及UAER等指标。%ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy treated with Yiqi Huayu decoction.Methods From 2012 April~April 2013 year in our hospital, 63 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (31 cases), which were given conventional treatment and Yiqi Huayu decoction.Results The effective rate was 96.9% in the treatment group, it was signiifcantly higher than that in control group 67.7% (P<0.05). FBG, P2hBG and UAER index of patients in the treatment group improved were signiifcantly better than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The treatment of Yiqi Huayu Decoction used in early diabetic nephropathy patients can signiifcantly improve the treatment efifciency, improve FBG, P2hBG and UAER index.
