目的：观察在普外急腹症中应用腹腔镜的临床疗效。方法回顾性调查分析我院收治的98例急腹症患者作为研究对象，记录患者的治疗方式，并按照患者的治疗方式分为观察组和对照组两组，对照组予常规的开腹手术治疗，观察组予腹腔镜微创治疗，观察两组患者的治疗情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术后并发症、术后住院时间、术中出血量、止痛情况等明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在普外急腹症中应用腹腔镜的疗效显著。%ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic general surgery in acute abdomen.MethodsThe retrospective analysis of 98 cases in our hospital patients with acute abdomen as research subjects, recording the patient's treatment and follow treatment patients were divided into observation group and control group, the control group received conventional open abdominal surgery, laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment observation group to observe the treatment of the two groups of patients.Results The patients of operative time, postoperative complications, postoperative hospital stay, blood loss, pain were much better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic general surgery in the abdomen has signiifcant effect.
