目的：对宫颈癌患者根治术后进行优质护理干预，并探讨优质护理对康复的影响。方法选取90例宫颈癌根治术患者，随机将其分为干预组和对照组，分别采用常规护理和常规护理加优质护理，观察两组患者术后恢复情况。结果两组患者的下床时间、留置尿管时间、首次排气时间、住院时间和腹部切口时间均有显著差异。结论对宫颈癌患者根治术后进行优质护理干预，有利于患者的术后恢复。%ObjectiveTo carry out high quality nursing intervention for patients after radical operation of cervical carcinoma, and to explore the effects of high quality nursing care on rehabilitation.MethodsWe collected 90 cases of cervical cancer resection patients, randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 45 cases in the control group with conventional care, 45 cases in the intervention group used routine nursing and quality of nursing care, observed the recovery of patients after operation in two groups. Results Out of bed time, indwelling catheter time, ifrst exhaust time, hospitalization time and abdominal incision time in two groups were signiifcant different. Conclusion The quality of nursing intervention for patients after radical operation of cervical carcinoma, is conducive to the patient's postoperative recovery.
