目的：探讨脑出血康复期的家庭护理效果及重要性。方法对6例高血压脑出血术后偏瘫患者进行康复指导及家庭护理，观察其效果。结果6例患者中2例完全恢复自理并正常生活工作，3例需要拐杖和家人帮助，1例患者进展不大，肌力仍为0级。结论正确的家庭护理可有效地降低了致残程度和复发率，提高生存质量。%ObjectiveDiscuss the effect of home care and significance of cerebral hemorrhage convalescence.Methods Chose 6 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage postoperative patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation guidance and family care, observed its effect.Results 2 cases fully recovered in 6 patients, self-care, 3 cases of crutches and family help, 1 case didn’t had effect progress.Conclusion The correct family care can effectively reduce the degree of disability and the recurrence rate, improve the quality of survival.
