ObjectiveTo analyze the characteristics of patients with complications of cerebral hemorrhage and its impact on prognosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 45 cases of clinical data was analysed. Results 35 cases of hypertension(77.78%), five cases of diabetes (11.11%),the others seven cases, hypertension were admitted to hospital on the 3rd of blood pressure, blood sugar levels, WBC reached alarming levels higher than the proportion of hypertension group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertension is the most common complication of cerebral hemorrhage, a direct impact on the prognosis of patients with 3 days, there are complications for clinical and biochemical indicators of well targeted, signs monitoring is necessary.%目的：分析脑出血患者合并症特点以及其对预后的影响。方法回顾性分析45例患者临床资料。结果高血压35例（77.78%），糖尿病5例（11.11%），其它7例；合并高血压者入院3日血压、血糖水平、WBC达到警戒水平比重高于未合并高血压组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高血压是脑出血最常见合并症，直接影响患者3日后预后，对于有合并症的患者做好针对性临床生化指标、体征监测非常必要。
