Objective To further explore the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus in pregnant women and perinatal.Methods 60 patients with gestational diabetes in our hospital in December 2011~December 2011 were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group, control group patients does not accept regular treatment, observation group received regular treatment, observed two groups of pregnant women and perinatal complications in all aspects of the situation.Results The complications pregnant women and perinatal various aspects in observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance.ConclusionPatients with gestational diabetes formal therapy can effectively reduce their complications the production risk, and improve the perinatal’s health.%目的：进一步探讨妊娠期糖尿病的正规治疗对孕妇及围产儿的影响。方法选取我院于2011年12月～2013年12月期间收治的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者，将其分成对照组和观察者，每组各30例，对照组患者不接受正规治疗，观察组接受正规治疗，观察两组孕妇并发症以及围产儿各方面的情况。结果观察组孕妇的并发症以及围产儿各方面情况均优于对照组（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者接受正规治疗能有效减少自身并发症发生率，降低生产时的风险，对提高围产儿的健康具有重要的作用。
