Objective To compare the clinical effect of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis treated by submucous resection and turbinate partial resection. Methods72 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were divided into treatment group (submucous resection) and control group (partial inferior turbinectomy), each had 36 cases, compared clinical therapeutic effect in to groups.Results The patients in the treatment group had clear operative field, less bleeding, postoperative improvement , short time of nasal resistance, less pain and lower incidence, all better than the patients in the control group, the difference were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). ConclusionIn the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis disease, inferior turbinate mucosa resection has satisfactory effect.%目的：研究慢性肥厚性鼻炎采用下鼻甲粘膜下切除术与下鼻甲部分切除术的临床效果。方法将72例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者分为治疗组（下鼻甲粘膜下切除术）和对照组（下鼻甲部分切除术），各36例，对比临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者术野清晰、出血少、术后改善鼻阻时间短、痛苦小且鼻腔粘连发生率低，均优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疾病时，采用下鼻甲粘膜下切除术临床效果较为理想。
