目的：分析急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的护理。方法对65例急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者临床资料行回顾性分析，对比分析护理前后患者心理变化。结果在经过护理后，患者的焦虑自评量表以及抑郁自评量表明显低于护理前，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论加强对患者心力衰竭的护理对患者的预后有着直接影响，同时对患者的病情进行密切监测，改善饮食采取有效的护理措施能降低患者病死率。%Objective To analysis the care for acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure.Methods From April 2011 to April 2013 65 cases of acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, compared patients psychological change before and after nursing.Results After nursing care, the patient's anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self rating scale were lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), there was significant difference. ConclusionTo strengthen the nursing of patients with heart failure has a direct impact on the prognosis of patients, and a close monitoring of the patient at the same time, improve diet to adopt effective nursing measure can reduce patient mortality.
