ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of comfortable nursing mode on children asthma in emergency nursing.Methods 120 cases of asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively with routine nursing and comfortable nursing care, nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment in observation group was signiifcantly better than the control group, the time of hospitalization and hospitalization expenses of patients during hospitalization obviously decreased, satisfaction was signiifcantly higher,P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing mode can significantly improve the therapeutic effect in children with asthma, increase patients' satisfaction to nursing care.%目的：探讨舒适护理模式在小儿哮喘急诊护理中的应用效果。方法将120例哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，分别采用常规护理及舒适护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组总体治疗有效率明显优于对照组，住院时间及住院费用明显降低，住院期间患者的满意度明显较高，P＜0.05。结论舒适护理模式可以显著提高哮喘患儿的治疗效果，增加护理满意度。
