ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of Indwelling Lidocaine When take out Incarcerated Ring out in Uterine Cavity.Methods 35 cases of patients in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 with incarcerated ring needing take out were on the discussion analysis, for patients with indwelling of 2% lidocaine 5 ml in the uterine cavity after cervical softening, to take ring surgery, then analyzed effect.ResultsThe preoperative patients were given lidocaine uterine cavity indwelling, about 5 minutes, patients of cervical mouth began to relax, using 5 expanders can smoothly take loop operation, the process did not cause the patient pain. According to the rating results the analgesic effect of view, there are 21 cases of patients with stage 0, accounting for 60% of total, 12 cases of I patients, accounted for 34.29%, 2 cases of II patients, accounted for 5.71%.Conclusion The uterine cavity indwelling lidocaine can promote the patients with uterine cervical dilation, let the success rate to get the promotion, to avoid the pain and complications in patients with ideal clinical effect.%目的：研究分析嵌顿环取出时留置利多卡因的临床效果。方法根据2011～2012年我院的35例嵌顿取环患者来进行探讨分析，为患者留置2%利多卡因5 ml在其宫腔里，待患者宫颈软化再行取环手术，对患者的取环效果进行分析。结果术前患者进行了利多卡因宫腔留置，约5分钟，患者的宫颈口开始松弛，使用5号扩张器能够顺利的进行取环操作，该过程中并没有引起患者的疼痛。根据镇痛效果评级结果来看，有21例0级患者，占总数的60%，12例I级患者，占34.29%，2例II级患者，占5.71%。结论宫腔留置利多卡因能够促进患者的子宫软化，扩张宫颈口，让取环的成功率获得提升，避免了患者的疼痛和并发症。
