目的研究吻合器痔上黏膜环切术联合外痔切除术治疗重度混合痔的临床效果。方法将68例重度混合痔患者分为治疗组和对照组，均34例，对比临床治疗效果。结果对两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、恢复工作时间、肛门外观满意度和并发症率展开对比， P＜0.05。结论在治疗重度混合痔疾病临床上吻合器痔上黏膜环切术联合外痔切除术临床效果较为理想。%Objective To study the clinical effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids combined with external hemorrhoids resection in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids.Methods68 cases of severe mixed hemorrhoids patients were divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 34 cases, comparison of clinical therapeutic effect.Results The two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time, recovery time, anal appearance satisfaction and complication rate on the contrast,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with severe clinical disease procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids external hemorrhoids resection combined with clinical effect is more ideal.
