With the “merger” and “expansion” of colleges, lead the students to take more tuition, so impoverished college students is increasing year by years. Due to the rapid transformation of the society and the environment, the changes of social culture, especially the reason of economy. It gives impoverished college students brought a series of impact and pressure, the psychological problems of impoverished college students than another. It is important to effectively solve the psychological problems of impoverished college students. This paper discusses the feasibility of Naikan cognitive therapy on impoverished college students with feeling of inferiority.%随着高校“并轨”和“扩招”，学费更多由学生家庭承担，导致贫困大学生逐年增多，由于社会的急剧转型、社会文化的变迁以及环境的迅速变化，尤其是经济上的原因，给贫困大学生带来了一系列的冲击和压力，使贫困大学生的心理问题较非贫困大学生显著增多，有效解决贫困大学生的心理问题日趋重要，本文探讨内观认知疗法对贫困大学生心理干预可行性。
