目的研究分析在诊疗肺心病患者过程中，中心静脉压的控制对患者的预后产生的影响。方法随机选取2014年1月至今来我院呼吸科治疗的失代偿期肺心病患者200例，根据诊疗方法不同分为实验组和对照组，每组各100例患者。结果实验组治疗肺心病的效果明显优于对照组，两组心功能改善情况和辅助通气时间对比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对肺心病患者中心静脉压调控的诊疗方案有着比较不错的治疗效果。%Objective Research and analysis in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary heart disease, the impact of central venous pressure control in patients’prognosis.MethodsRandomly selected 200 cases of pulmonary heart disease and divided into experimental group and control group, 100 patients in each group.Results The effect in experimental group was better than the control group, both groups improved heart function and assisted ventilation contrast situations. There was a signiifcant difference, with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion Central venous pressure in regulating pulmonary heart disease treatment has a relatively good therapeutic effect.
