Objective To investigate the application of light therapy treatment of vitiligo, provides the theory basis for clinical treatment. Methods90 cases of vitiligo in our hospital for treatment of patients were chosen, control group patients were used copper white elimination tincture treatment, observation group was treated with narrow spectrum uvb rays treatment, compared two groups of patients with total effective rate of treatment.Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 100%. ConclusionThe applications of light therapy to patients with vitiligo can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment.%目的：探讨白癜风应用光疗法治疗的临床效果，为临床治疗提供基础的理论依据。方法选取2012年3月～2013年4月来我院进行治疗的白癜风患者90例，按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组，两组患者各45人。对照组患者使用紫铜消白酊进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用窄谱中波紫外线进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗的总有效率。结果经过治疗后，对照组患者显效19例，有效16例，无效10例，治疗的总有效率为77.78％；观察组患者显效24例，无效21例，无效0例，治疗的总有效率为100％，观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论将光疗法应用到白癜风的临床治疗中能够有效提高患者治疗的总有效率，减轻患者的痛苦。
