ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Post-traumatic skin care in hydropathic compress with ethacridine.Methods56 cases of trauma patients combined wound skin lesions were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Three times a day, exposing the wound after treatment, to keep local clean and dry, the control group received routine daily iodine disinfection, sterile dressing materials until wound healing. After the treatment, using a visual analog scale (Visual Analogue Scale VAS) assessed the pain, wound exudate, local adverse reactions (swelling of the skin, redness, blisters, rash, itching), the statistical average healing time score and calculated excellent rate. Results Wounds excellent rate in the observation group was higher (P<0.05) and the skin healing time were shorter in observation group than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionPost-traumatic skin care in hydropathic compress with ethacridine can shorten the healing time of skin.%目的：观察依沙丫啶湿敷用于创伤后皮肤护理的疗效。方法将56例创伤后合并伤处皮肤损伤的患者随机分为观察组和对照组。每次湿敷1 h，每天3次，用药后暴露创面，保持局部清洁、干燥、不上敷料；对照组每日给予常规碘伏消毒处理，无菌辅料包扎，直到创面愈合。疗程结束后，根据疼痛评估用视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale VAS），对疼痛，创面渗出，局部不良反应（皮肤肿胀，发红，水泡，丘疹，瘙痒），愈合时间统计平均分数，计算出优良率。结果创面的疗效优良率观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05），在皮肤愈合时间上观察组时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论依沙丫啶湿敷治疗创伤后皮肤II度以内损伤优于碘伏，缩短了皮肤愈合时间。
