Objective To study the effect of cardiovascular diagnosis using ultrasound equipment for cardiovascular diseases, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods 80 cases with extracranial carotid artery in our hospital were carried on the discussion analysis, these patients were grouped into two groups. Observation group patients underwent cardiovascular ultrasound detection, the control group had 35 patients, they were non cardiovascular disease patient, the observation group of 45 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease, the clinical testing results were analyzed. Results80 cases of the study 58.7% of patients were detected in the carotid arteriosclerosis disease, patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease was detected in 88.89% patients in the two group, the detection rate for the observation group was higher.ConclusionFor Chinese patients with carotid atherosclerosis extracranial, the older, the more serious the situation is, the patient will therefore appear endometrial damage and arterial wall fat deposition, caused by the disease.%目的研究分析心血管疾病诊断使用心血管超声设备的诊断效果，为临床诊断提供参考。方法根据我院颅外段颈动脉患者80例来进行探讨分析，将这些患者进行分组，两组患者均接受心血管超声检测，对照组有35例患者，为非心血管疾病患者，观察组有45例心血管疾病患者，对其临床检测结果进行分析。结果此次研究的80例患者有58.7%被检测出了颈动脉硬化疾病，有88.89%被检出高血压和冠心病，两组患者的检出率为观察组较高。结论我国患者的颅外段颈动脉粥样硬化情况比较严重，年龄越大，该情况就越严重，患者会因此而出现内膜损伤以及动脉壁脂肪沉积，引起疾病的产生。
