ObjectiveTo analyze radix isatidis pharmacological action and clinical application.Methods Collected 106 patients from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital who were receiving treatment of radix isatidis as a research group team, to be 110 cases as received in the same period who were receiving conventional treatment as control group. The clinical effect of observation group and control group were compared. Results Compared with control group, the research team had high treatment efifciency, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of radix isatidis has better efficacy, pharmacological action research should be strengthened and use drug rationally.%目的：分析板蓝根药理作用及临床应用。方法搜集2013年6月～2014年6月我院接收的板蓝根治疗106例患者作为研究组，将同期接收的常规治疗110例患者作为对照组。观察研究组与对照组的临床效果，并比较。结果与对照组相比，研究组治疗有效率较高，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论板蓝根临床应用效果显著，应加强药理作用研究，合理用药。
