ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Wenyang Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods We selected 96 cases of patients with nephrotic syndrome, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group and both were treated with western medicine. The observation group also took Wenyang Jianpi Decoction based on the treatment of western medicine.Results The effect of observation group was signiifcantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Effect of Wenyang Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome is exactly.%目的：探讨肾病综合征采用温阳健脾汤治疗的临床效果。方法选取96例肾病综合征患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，均给予西药对症治疗，观察组在此基础上给予温阳健脾汤治疗。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论肾病综合征采用温阳健脾汤治疗的效果确切。
