目的：观察益气除痰法与化疗联合治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的中晚期肺小细胞肺癌患者54例，将其随机分为观察组（益气除痰法联合化疗）与对照组（单独给予化疗），对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组，且观察组治疗前，卡氏评分与对照组比较无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组卡氏评分优于对照组，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论益气除痰法与化疗联合治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果显著。%Objective To observe the Qi expectorant method in combination with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer clinical effect. Methods 54 patients admitted to our hospital with advanced lung cancer patients with small cell lung were randomly divided into two groups (Qi expectorant method combined with chemotherapy) and control group (administered with chemotherapy alone), compared to the treatment groups of patients. Results The total efficiency higher than before and the observation group, Karnofsky and control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05), after treatment, the observation group than the control group's score card, there statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Qi expectorant method in combination with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer effect is remarkable.
