重症医学科医师“以问题为基础”查房教学模式的实践探索

         

摘要

Objective Observation of critical care medicine physicians practice of“problem-based” teaching mode rounds. Methods Selected from November 2011 to October 2014, the hospital critical care medicine ward which, in a total of “issue-based” teaching rounds 14 times the number of rounds of 200 people participated. Since November 2011, to which hospital intensive medicine residency, the implementation of “problem-based” model of teaching rounds, and before and after the implementation of the evaluation are general ability residency, including critical thinking ability respect, self-learning ability, language skills, etc. Results After the implementation of the "problem-based" teaching rounds, residents of the general ability scores were significantly higher than the score before the implementation (P<0.05). Conclusion After intensive medicine which implementation of the “problem-based” teaching rounds mode, can significantly improve the ability of residents of critical thinking, self-learning ability, language skills, in a very active clinically significant influence.%目的:观察重症医学科医师“以问题为基础”查房教学模式的实践情况。方法选自2011年11月~2014年10月期间,在我院重症医学科病房当中,共计实施“以问题为基础”的教学查房14次,参加查房的人数为200人次。自2011年11月起,对本院重症医学科当中规范化培训的住院医师,实施“以问题为基础”的教学查房模式,并在实施前后,分别测评住院医师的综合素质能力,其中包括思维判断能力、自学能力、语言表达能力等方面。结果在实施“以问题为基础”的教学查房后,住院医师的各项综合素质能力的评分,均显著高于实施前的评分(P <0.05)。结论在重症医学科当中,实施“以问题为基础”的教学查房模式后,能够显著提高住院医师的思维判断能力、自学能力、语言表达能力,在临床上有非常积极的重大影响力。
