目的：观察通窍活血汤对偏头痛的治疗的临床效果。方法对我院收治68例偏头痛患者随机分为对照组与观察组(n=34)，对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗，观察组给予通窍活血汤治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率达91.2%，高于对照组的总有效率64.7%。观察组治疗后头痛发作次数、平均持续时间均优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论通窍活血汤能减少头痛发作次数，疗效好，效果显著。%Objective To observe clinical effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoctionp in the treatment of migraine. Methods 68 cases of migraine patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group given western medicine treatment, the observation group was given Tongqiao Huoxue decoction treatment, observe two groups of treatment effect. Results Observation treatment group total effectiveness 91.2%, significantly higher than the control group total effective rate of 64.7% (P<0.05). Observation group after treatment headache frequency, average duration were significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction can decrease the times of headache and good curative effect.
