目的：评价药剂科对促进临床合理用药的作用。方法选择2013年4月～2014年4月于我院进行住院治疗的患者100位作为参照组，2014年5月我院开始联合药剂科共同开展促进临床合理用药项目后到2015年4月于我院接受手术治疗的患者中随机选择100位作为研究组，对比两组患者用药的合理情况、治疗花费的费用、住院的时间。结果与参照组相比，研究组患者的用药合理性更好，住院的时间更短，花费的费用更少，P ＜0.05。结论药剂科对促进合理用药能够起到很好的积极作用，可以显著的提高用药的合理性，使药物疗效得到充分发挥并减少不良反应的出现。%Objective To evaluate pharmacy department to promote clinical rational drug use. Methods In April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital for patients hospitalized with select 100 as control group, and then starting in May 2014 in our common pharmacy jointly promote clinical rational drug use project until April 2015 in our hospital after surgery patients randomly selected 100 as a group, compared two groups of patients the reasonable situation, hospitalization time, treatment cost. Results Compared with control group, the patients' medical team of rationality is better, shorter hospitalization time, spend less cost, P<0.05. Conclusion The pharmacy department to promote rational drug use can have very good positive effect, can significantly improve the rationality of drug use, drug efficacy into full play and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
