目的：通过对医患纠纷的现状及原因分析，制定医疗纠纷的防范对策，重建和谐医患关系。方法从医方、患方以及医患之外的因素来分析和探究造成医疗纠纷的原因。结果近年来医疗纠纷事件恶性程度呈逐年严重趋势，医疗纠纷事件赔偿金额逐年增加。医院注重经济效益、医生技术水平以及服务态度低下、患方维权方式不当、新闻媒体的负面影响均可导致乃至促进医疗纠纷的发生。结论呼吁全社会关注医患关系状况，对医患关系状况有更加充分而准确的认识，加快医疗卫生立法，健全法律法规，使医疗活动有法可依，创建和谐的医患关系。%Objective Through the analysis of the current situation and the causes of the medical disputes, and to formulate the preventive measures to reconstruct the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
