Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in clinical nursing of elderly patients with vaginitis. Methods 80 cases of senile vaginitis patients were treated in April 2012 to May 2014, and the nursing intervention group was treated with different nursing measures. Results In the intervention group, the improvement rate of clinical disease (95%), the total incidence of complications (5%) and the conventional group (75%), the difference was obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis patients is significant, which can improve the quality of life of patients.%目的：分析护理干预在老年性阴道炎患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法将我院2012年4月～2014年5月接收老年性阴道炎患者80例作为调查对象，分组后行不同护理措施，干预组行护理干预措施，常规组行基础护理措施，观察其临床效果。结果干预组患者临床疾病治疗好转率（95.0%）、并发症总发生率（5.0%）和常规组（好转率75.0%、总发生率20.0%）相比，差异性鲜明（P ＜0.05）。结论临床老年性阴道炎患者疾病治疗过程中行护理干预措施意义重大，可提高患者生活质量。
