目的：观察花红片、妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取180例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为 A 组和 B 组，各90例；A 组患者采取花红片治疗；B 组患者采取妇科千金片治疗；对比两组患者的症状积分改善程度，综合评价患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后，B 组患者下腹疼痛、腰骶胀痛、白带异常、月经不调、经期腹痛加重的症状积分较治疗前下降（P ＜0.05），下降幅度大于 A 组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%，对照组治疗总有效率为76.67%；两组数据具有统计学差异（P ＜0.05）。结论花红片、妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效确切，妇科千金片与花红片对比，妇科千金片缓解患者的症状及改善预后更明显，起到标本兼治的疗效。%Objective To observe the clinical effects of bonus piece for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
