Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vaginal and laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors.Methods Selected 108 cases of patients with appendicitis from August 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital, were divided into control group, each group had 54 cases, the traditional group adopt the traditional surgery and the observation group adopt laparoscopic surgery, observed and compared therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The observing group total effective rate was 98.15%, the control group total effective rate was 83.33%,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Compared with the traditional open surgery, laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis obvious advantages.%目的 对比分析腹腔镜手术(LA)与传统开腹手术(OA)治疗阑尾炎的临床效果.方法 选取2013年8月～2015年8月我院收治的108例阑尾炎患者进行分组研究,每组54例.对照组采用传统手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,观察并比较两组治疗效果.结果 观察组总有效率为98.15%,对照组总有效率为83.33%,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 与传统开腹手术相比,腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎优势明显.
