目的 探讨右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼在纤维支气管镜检查术患者中的临床应用效果.方法 选取我院患者112例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组.对照组给予右美托咪定麻醉,观察组给予右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼麻醉.结果 观察组患者T2～T5时间点血压高于对照组;观察组术中呛咳及体动发生率分别为3.57%、5.36%,均低于对照组的8.93%、10.71%,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼在纤维支气管镜检查术患者中的应用效果显著高.%Objective To investigate the dexmedetomidine given the clinical effect of remifentanil fiber bronchoscopy in patients.Methods 112 cases of hospital my patients, randomly were divided into the control group and the observation group. Administered to the control group of patients given dexmedetomidine anesthesia administered to the observation group were given dexmedetomidine remifentanil anesthesia.Results The patient point T2 to T5 time blood pressure was higher, the observation group of patients cough and movement of incidence was 3.57% and 5.36%, lower than 8.93% and 10.71% in the control group,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine given remifentanil application results in patients undergoing bronchoscopy was high clinical value.
