Objective Analysis curative effect of unstressing hernia repair surgery in treatment of adult with inguinal hernia.Methods Selected 80 cases with inguinal hernia treated from February 2011 to February 2014 as the research object, according to the digital lottery method were divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group had 40 cases, the control group adopts the traditional hernia repair treatment, the experimental group adopted without tension hernia repair surgery, and at the end of the two groups of patients after treatment, compared the intraoperative blood loss, operative time, length of hospital stay, recurrence rate and complication rates.Results The experimental group in patients with intraoperative blood loss, operative time, length of hospital stay, recurrence rate and complication rates were lower than the control group, P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Without tension hernia repair surgery adult inguinal hernia with obvious therapeutic effect.%目的 探讨无张力疝修补手术治疗成人腹股沟疝的疗效.方法 选择2011年2月～2014年2月收治的成人腹股沟疝患者80例作为研究对象,按照数字抽签法将其分成实验组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采取传统疝修补术治疗,实验组采取无张力疝修补手术治疗,并在两组患者结束治疗后,对比其术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、复发率及并发症发生率.结果 实验组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、复发率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 无张力疝修补手术治疗成人腹股沟疝疗效显著.
