目的 探析不同方案治疗成人急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)临床疗效.方法 选取76例APL患者,根据治疗方案将其分为两组, A组给予ATRA、ATO治疗,B组仅给予ATRA治疗,分析两组的治疗效果.结果 A组在CR、达到CR时间、白细胞峰值及PML-RARα转阴率上较对照组比较,P＜0.05差异具有统计学意义;A组无病生存率42.11%、复发率18.42%、1年生存率92.11%与对照组比较, P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 ATRA联合ATO治疗APL效果较好,复发率低,延长生存时间.%Objective Analysis curative clinical effect of different program in treatment of adult acute promyelocytic leukemia.Methods Selected 76 cases of APL, according to the treatment regimen were divided into two groups, A group were given ATRA, ATO treatment, group B only received ATRA therapy,analyzed treatment effect of two groups.Results A group in the CR, achieved CR time, the leukocyte peak and PML-RARα negative rate than the control group,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance. A groupdisease-free survival was 42.11%, recurrence rate 18.42%, 92.11% one year survival rate than the control group,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion ATRA and ATO APL treatment is better, low risk of recurrence, prolong survival time.
