Objective To evaluate investigate the curative effect of renal function and nifedipine sustained release tablet combine with irbesartan on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.Methods Selected 70 cases of senile patients with coronary heart disease in patients with hypertension, were divided into two groups, the control group were only treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets, the observation group with nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with irbesartan treatment.Results After treatment, the blood pressure level of the two groups ,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance. compared with the liver and kidney function and adverse reactions of the two groups, P＞0.05, was no difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Nifedipine sustained release tablet combine with irbesartan has good effective in treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.%目的 评价硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦对老年冠心病合并高血压的疗效.方法 将70例老年冠心病合并高血压患者分为两组,对照组单用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组采用硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗.结果 治疗后两组血压水平比较,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.两组患者肝肾功能以及不良反应比较,P＞0.05,差异不具有统计学意义.结论 硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年冠心病合并高血压效果显著.
