Objective To observe the clinical effect of ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological pelvic tumors.Methods Selected 120 cases of pelvic tumor patients from April 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital as the object study, respectively adopt two kinds of diagnostic methods of ultrasound and computed tomography, the two kinds of the total coincidence rate of diagnosis and pathological results were compared.Results Ultrasound diagnosis of the total coincidence rate was higher than the CT in the diagnosis of total coincidence rate,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of gynecologic pelvic tumor accuracy is higher, compared with CT, it has a noninvasive, simple, convenient, low price advantage, can be as a clinical department of gynaecology pelvic tumor diagnostic method of choice for to actively promote the use.%目的 观察B超诊断妇科盆腔肿瘤的临床效果.方法 选取2014年4月～2015年7月我院收治的120例盆腔肿瘤患者作为研究对象,分别采用B超和CT两种诊断方法 ,对两种诊断结果 与病理结果 的总符合率进行比较.结果 B超诊断的总符合率高于CT诊断的总符合率, P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 B超诊断妇科盆腔肿瘤准确率较高,与CT相比,其具有无创、简单方便、价格低廉的优势,临床可将其作为妇科盆腔肿瘤的首选诊断方法 .
