Objective Analysis of diagnosis and treatment in brain abscess. Methods Retrospective analyzed 58 cases with brain abscess clinical data from February 2010 to February 2015 in our hospital and used different treatment according to the specific circumstances of the patients. Results 58 cases of brain abscess patients, 27 cases were cured, 20 cases improved, 8 cases in vain, 3 cases of death. The total effective rate was 81.03%.Conclusion Confirm the diagnosis of brain abscess according to clinical symptoms, combined with CT and MRI and other tests. After the diagnosis, according to the specific circumstances of the patient to select the appropriate treatment, so as to improve the cure rate and reduce morbidity and mortality.%目的 分析脑脓肿的诊断与治疗方法 .方法 回顾性分析我院2010年2月～2015年2月收治的58例脑脓肿患者的临床资料,并根据患者的具体情况采用不同的治疗方式.结果 58例脑脓肿患者中,治愈27例,好转20例,无效8例,死亡3例;总有效率为81.03%.结论 在脑脓肿的诊断上,根据患者的临床症状结合CT及MRI等检查明确诊断.确诊后,根据患者的具体情况选取合适的治疗方式,尽可能地提高治愈率,降低致残率及死亡率.
