Objective: To study effect on compliance of network platform based interactive intervention for middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 150 cases of middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomly, each for 75 cases, control group were treated by routine nursing, observation group were given network platform based interactive intervention in the basis of control group. Results: The treatment compliance rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,P＜0.05. Nursing satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than control group,P＜0.05. Conclusion: The network platform based interactive intervention is helpful to improving treatment adherence, and nursing satisfaction for the middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的:探讨基于网络平台的互动式干预对中年脑梗死患者依从性的影响.方法:将150例中年脑梗死患者随机分为两组,各75例,对照组采用常规护理.观察组在对照组基础上采 用基于网络平台的互动式干预.结果:观察组治疗依从率明显高于对照组,P＜0.05.观察组上述评分均明显高于对照组,P＜0.05.观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组,P＜0.05.结论:基于网 络平台的互动式干预有助于改善中年脑梗死患者治疗依从性与护理满意度,值得临床推广应用.
