基于腰椎3D模型的矫形器背板设计

         

摘要

Objective: To design an individualized lumbar orthosis backbone by 3D printing technologies. Methods: Three- dimensional model was reconstructed using lumbar vertebra data extracted from CT images of some patient. Then STL file of lumbar vertebra model was exported to 3-matic software. The three-dimensional part of orthosis backbone was created by edit and design functions in the software. Results: The part of lumbar orthosis backbone fit in well with anatomical structure of lumbar vertebra. Conclusion: 3D printing technologies provide new ideas and methods for orthosis design.%目的:利用3D打印技术设计个体化的腰椎矫形器背板.方法:从患者CT图像中提取腰椎数据,重建三维模型,导出生成STL文件.用3-matic软件编辑STL文件中的腰椎模型,设计 生成背板的三维部件.结果:腰椎矫形器背板部件与腰椎解剖部位紧密贴合.结论:3D打印技术为矫形器设计提供了新的思路和手段.
