目的:通过对慢病知识管理的分析,探讨慢病知识库系统的构建方法.方法:构建关于慢病的知识体系,需要考虑该体系的全面性、高质量,因此需要对众多的资源进行过滤、抽取,结构化、系统化.同时为了实现慢病知识的有效组织及扩展性,需要对慢病知识中涉及的医学专业术语进行规范化,以保证慢病相关的资料数据都能够被有效收集和处理.结果:提出了慢病知识语义分析与辅助诊断系统框架,为系统开发和实现奠定了良好的基础.结论:慢病知识库系统的构建是慢病知识管理的核心之一.%Objective: Based on the analysis of chronic disease knowledge management, the construction method of chronic disease knowledge base system was discussed. Methods:It is necessary to filter, extract, structure and systemize a large number of resources in order to construct a knowledge system of chronic diseases. At the same time, in order to realize the effective organization and expansion of chronic disease knowledge, it is necessary to standardize the medical terminology involved in chronic disease knowledge so as to ensure that the data related to chronic diseases can be effectively collected and processed. Results: The framework of semantic analysis and assistant diagnosis system of chronic disease knowledge is put forward, which lays a good foundation for system development and realization.
